Ending free trial early

I find it very frustrating that you still can’t end your free trial early. I just want to use Asana Personal how it’s meant to be, and it’s not clear what features will disappear once my trial ends.

@Carolyn_Dockery - I definitely understand and agree it’d be helpful to somehow be able to “preview” what you’ll lose at the end of a free trial. But, if it helps, you can visit Asana Pricing | Personal, Starter, Advanced, & Enterprise plans • Asana and then scroll down a little and click “Compare All Features” to see a detailed list of which features are on each plan.

Hope that helps

agree with Carolyn, this seems pretty unnecessary and only encourages me to search for free and open source alternatives to asana, I need basics, but it seems like trick to hook me on additional features and then remove them so I could feel inconvenience. If there is no op-out early from trial, then It shows to me that the free plan is treated as demo only and its better to look for other software provider that has partnership approach to users.

I’ll try to respond here with the changes I experience after my trial ends. Honestly though I’ve started to forget everything about Asana because I haven’t been using it. I don’t want to get attached to anything I like. A good compromise would be a week trial

Also, I’ve seen screenshots recently of a new button in some trials at the top right that says “What’s in my trial?”

Do you have that button?
