Emails notifications not working


The emails notifications are not working. I dont want a guide how it works. I ve been working with asana for months and it works great but since 11 june 2018 at 2.40 pm cet time the notifications by email are not working

Any help?

Is this affecting all you notifications @Javier1 ?

Also, have you verified if notifications settings are still enabled correctly in your profile settings?

  1. Click your profile photo in the top bar and select Profile Settings
  2. Navigate to the To Email tab
  3. Check/uncheck any of the boxes to toggle your email notifications on/off


Is affecting everyone and all the checkeds are checked


Thanks @Javier1, that definitely sounds strange! I’d recommend reaching out to our support team (Asana Support - Help Center • Asana) so they can take a closer look at the issue!

It’s solved. Asana solved me:

I copy the email

I have checked our email logs and identified the issue as a bounced email. I deleted the bounce from our system. Since this bounce has been deleted, the issue is resolved and you should start receiving email notifications from us moving forward. If you still aren’t getting notifications at this point, please work with your IT contact to ensure emails from Asana have been whitelisted and mark Asana as an approved sender in your email client.
