I want to allow my entire organization to email tasks to our project, but NOT have access to the project.
Can the project email accept tasks from those not on the team?
@Ryan_O_Donnell - we developed a workaround for this. We have a “requests” email group set up at work, and I have a rule on my inbox that any email going to the requests email address gets fowarded to Asana (with some exceptions to make sure we’re not getting meeting invites or replies to existing requests clogging up the project). It’s helped us avoid the fact that everyone can’t email the asana project and also builds in clean-up before things get dumped in.
