I work for a water utility, and have a small department that uses Asana to manage our daily/weekly tasks. We use the free version, because we have a small team (8). We are looking at integrating a few others just outside our department to allow them to create tasks for us via the emailing of tasks. However, we don’t necessarily want them on our actual team. If they created an Asana account, and associated themselves with a general team, could they send tasks to projects on a different team, if provided the specific project’s email? Thanks!
