I have two suggestions, but please someone tell me if this already exists (due to a variety of reasons, my org is not open to 3rd party integrations). We have most of our org on a view-only license so the email reply functionality is really helpful, but there are two drawbacks.
1. Change who the “Send response to submitter” gets sent to - we are using an Asana form as a ticketing system and in the event we need to “open a ticket” on someone’s behalf, it would be nice to have any email replies/back and forth with the actual submitter (rather than with ourself).
- Allow for multiple people to be notified/copied on a response - sometimes we have colleagues submit the form, but it would be beneficial to copy their manager in on the email responses (but not add them as a collaborator on the ticket). It would be great if multiple people could receive the reply to submitter
