email forwarding to Asana

Is there a way to assign this address to a specific project? So whoever uses it, guest or member will end up sending an email to the specific address and opening a task within the designated project.


@Oded_Ben-Dori - I think you would need to set up forwarding within your mail server as described here (check out the auto-forward section in that page). You’ll probably want to have an intake/queue project that houses all these incoming requests and then you can direct/action on them from there within the platform.

You could also explore Asana’s pre-built gmail or outlook integrations if you already use those platforms.
