Can project shared email be forwarded to other user

Hi Team,

When we share/invite a project to user in asana, user will receive email to log into ASANA and view the project. If the user who received email want to forward this email to any other person(different mail ID) who is not part of asana org, will he be able to access the project ? We observed that this not possible as may be email ID which gets added to project is of first user. Could you please confirm ?

HI @Hema_Sri_Sankarneni, great question!

You can certainly forward this type of email to another person however, this person must have an Asana account and already have the permission to view the project for the email link to work as expected. :slight_smile:
