Easier Navigation Between Subtasks Within the Same Parent Task (Desktop/PC)

I’ve got a little feature request that could really help with productivity, especially when working with subtasks as a kind of checklist.

Right now, when I’m inside a subtask, I can’t easily see or jump to the other subtasks under the same parent task. I always have to click back to the parent, then pick the next subtask manually. It’s a bit clunky and breaks the flow when you’re working through a list.

Idea:
It would be awesome if, when you’re inside a subtask, you could see the full list of sibling subtasks, maybe in a sidebar or panel next to the task you’re working on. That way, you could click through them without going back and forth to the parent task every time.

This would make checklist-style work way smoother and faster, especially on the desktop/PC version.

Curious if others feel the same.

Hi @Hannes_F . I recommend expanding the parent task in the List view to see all subtasks within the List view and click though them there.

Would that work for you until Asana implement the feature you propose? (which I also voted for)

Hi @Richard_Sather, thanks for the tip!

I’m using the Board view for now.
Even more amazing would be a keyboard shortcut…

Oh, you can expand subtasks within task cards on the Board view too.
