Dynamic Form Responses - Adding multiple line items

I’d like to be able to enter data in multiple rows for a single response to a form question—for instance, reporting effort percentages and matching tasks. Since the target project is private, responders won’t have access and can’t log their efforts directly in Asana.

Did you consider a long text field:

Or, if you’re on Advanced (Business) or above, form branching would allow you to prompt for additional fields.

Thank you, Larry. I did consider the long form, but that leaves too much room for error. Ultimately, we want to export the data to an Excel sheet for data analysis so the responses need to be more or less in the same format. The branching idea is intriguing and might work. Thank you!

You may consider using " Service Desk for Asana by Hipporello" integration. Your end user will be able to log their efforts through forms that are listed on a portal created by Hipporello for your organization. Every submission may go to any project that is connected to Hiporello service desk for Asana.
