I want to create custom fields based on specific conditions. It’s become confusing when there are 20 custom fields in a task, especially since we only need 10. Additionally, some fields are not relevant for all functions, but they appear every time.
Hi @Vikram_kharbanda Custom fields will be common in a project across tasks, but you can limit custom fields on Tasks by adding conditions, Since you need 10 fields in core project so you can add those 10 here and create another project with other remaining 10 fields
So now you can put rule based on some drop down or completion or section where it auto connects the tasks to other projects where remaining 10 fields will appear
It won’t work in the some cases
For example,i want add a custom field which depends on the other field
It’s not possible to setup dynamic custom fields
Welcome to forum, @Vikram_kharbanda! Could you clarify your request; are you asking for field visibility to be conditional based on values set in other fields, the options of those fields to be conditional based on values set in other fields, or something else?
