Hi @Montana_Tallentire , to add to @Jan-Rienk 's useful instructions, it may help to look for the action ‘Create subtasks’ within your rule. Open the action and edit the subtask, and remove the project under the add to project field within the subtask. Hope that helps, too!

Hi @Montana_Tallentire ,

It appears there is a rule that is adding subtasks being added to the project the parent task is in.

Subtasks - technically - arent part of the parent task project. So adding them to the project makes them appear twice.
