I have a project that I am creating where I am usually the main assignee and the due date is generally the same date.
I want to drag and drop so it copies down on each cell. It seems you can only do that on the task column. Is there a way to do that with assignee and due date?

Yes, you will notice that you can multi-select tasks by clicking and dragging along the task name column, kinda like in spreadsheets. But you can also multi-select tasks by clicking into the name of the first task, hold shift on your keyboard and click on the last task.
Either way, once you have selected your tasks, you can click into any ‘cell’ of assignee, due date or other fields to set a value, which will then apply the same value to all other selected tasks.
Alternatively you can use the black action bar that appears along the bottom of the screen for simple or advanced bulk editing or actions.
But in your case, if you are on a paid plan, you could setup a rule to always set the same assignee and/or due date, or use a task template perhaps.
