We are using Asana to store project related documents that often need to be emailed to people outside our organization. I would like to be able to drag and drop an attachment from Asana to and Outlook message. Is this possible? If not, can I suggest it as an improvement. It would definitely make Asana more usable for us instead of having to download every attachment to our desktop, then attach from there.

I am interested in a similar function for being able to turn an Asana task and attachments into an unformatted email that can be sent to Bill.com.

@Alexis_Bucknam , I think you are asking for something different (not drag and drop functionality). You will find what you seek is possible using an External action in the rule editor, either using the Send an email action using Gmail or Outlook.
