So I just want to confirm that even once “completed” tasks never disappear right? They simply go invisible if you have the setting on your project view to only show incompletes?
Or is there a trash collection point where (even if years later) the tasks go away along with their data?
Hi @Casey_Stewart, great question!
When tasks are marked complete, they are hidden in the Completed tasks view. All tasks will remain available to search for in Asana unless they are manually deleted by a user.
