Expanding on a previous post I’ve made in the API category, I’m wondering if anyone has any tips for displaying project related client communication emails in Asana. I’m thinking of a method along the lines of always having the pertinent project email cc’d for all said communications. To my knowledge, this can be done either straight into messages (creating a separate text only message for each email), or by creating a task. I’m not in love with either of these methods, hence my previous post in the API category, in which I requested help on using an API method of replying to an existing message board rather than creating a new one.
Is anyone using a strategy to achieve displaying emails such as these? The purpose of having these emails easily accessible is for someone on our executive team to have quick access to the most recent communications.
