We have, apparently projects or dashboards that were created with a free trial of business tier asana. These now appear in the projects list with little padlock badges. They’re surplus to requirements, but we can’t access them to delete them.
To create a support ticket, go to Asana Support - Help Center • Asana (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”
