I can’t seem to delete multiple projects owned by staff members who don’t work for us anymore. Or, even, determining who exactly is the project admin (sometimes the description just reads Staff). And when I tried emailing support@asana.com, I got an automatic message that this email address isn’t being monitored anymore. Help?

To create a support ticket, go to Asana Support - Help Center • Asana (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”
