delete or reinstall app after getting error 400 message?

Keep getting this message:
Network Error: Request failed: bad request (400), sometimes I get error message 310 too,
when trying to open Asana on iPad pro. I’ve offloaded app several times, resetting wifi, restarting iPad but still shows message. App opens/syncs on Mac Mini and iPhone with no problem.

I’m sorry to hear you are running into this issue and thank you for trying to troubleshoot it. From what I understand, it seems the issue is directly related to the Wifi.

Can you please try to share your iPhone’s internet connection with your Ipad to see if you can access to the Asana App? Could you also try to open Asana using a different Wifi?
