Hey guys,
I have seen a similar problem in 2019 but some members of my team have been facing it again.
Here is an example: we are April 20th, but in the Asana App it shows April 19th.
We tried changing timezone on the phone, checked that we had the latest update, nothing.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
Cheers
Hi @anon95749218, welcome to the Asana Community Forum! Let’s try t solve this together.
Could you please try changing from Wi-Fi to mobile data? or try changing to a different Wi-Fi connection. I also recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the Asana app.
Looking forward to your reply!
I have the same issue. When I am in calendar mode, it shows that some tasks will be on Thursday, when I am clicking on Thursday tasks, it shows that the tasks are actually from Wednesday. I feel like it is a problem with the calendar mode on mobile app. It happens only on mobile device, desktop app shows correctly all the dates. It always misreport the date by only one day. BTW for some reason the mobile app calendar starts from Sunday, while desktop calendar starts from Monday, probably that is the clue.
It is impossible to use my mobile app effectively right now because of this bug. I can’t check my calendar on the go, I have to use only desktop app.
I reinstalled the app, the problem is still here. That problem was here for several months, so I don’t think it depends on the WiFi spot, I restarted my phone several times and I used different Wi-Fi spots as well as mobile data. This bug is a solid rock.
Thanks for getting back to me, and sorry for the delay, @Egor_Kudriavtcev! Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to reproduce this issue, so it looks as if it’s linked to specific mobile devices.
