Dashboard Says 5 Users Email from Asana Says 6

Hi. We received an email saying we have 6 users and will be charged if we don’t remove one of them. I went into our dashboard and it only shows 5 users. I tried using the chatbot on the support site but it keeps crashing and going into a restart cycle. The email I had for support was kicked back as no longer monitored. Who can I contact to see where the issue is with our account?
