I am trying to pull data on a specific custom field that was populated through Asana’s form. There is one “Other” on the custom field selection option but, for some reason, the donut chart (see attached) is showing two Others. I can’t seem to figure out where the data is different between the two and why they are separated. Any ideas?
When there are a lot of options and they are not representative in the counting - Asana mix these in “Other” to show a cleaner chart - I would suggest to check your options so your “Other” option would be a low frequent choice

Are you sure there are not 2 custom fields labelled “Other” in your Team/Organisation? This would explain the 2 options showing in your chart.

Thank you for your response. I can confirm there is not two “Other” options. Please see the selection menu provided for this custom field below. I am also not too sure how the mixed options would create an additional other option and would be happy to get more details on that, if that is the case.
I would suggest you temporarily rename your own created “Other” category as “Other”. Then regenerate the report, and see whether you now have an “Other” (Asana category) and an “Other” (your own custom label which just happened to be the same word as a standard Asana grouping).
