In lieu of Asana permitting multiple assignees per task, I would like to see if there’s momentum around permitting Workload to calculate off of custom People fields. In current state, Workload only measures assigned tasks (or number fields thereof) - if it was possible to “point” Workload toward other People fields in the project/portfolio, that would theoretically permit Workload calculations for more than one person per task - this is valuable for paired programming or shared responsibility of a task (i.e., one task represents the work of a designer, developer, and tester simultaneously in order to make capacity forecasting decisions). This kind of granular control can help Asana be a more viable contender as a PMO solution.
