Custom Fields for Email and Phone Not Clickable on iOS Mobile

I have been putting phone numbers and email addresses in the description area so I can click them on mobile and it will either dial or launch and new email message.

Using custom field for phone and email are not clickable on mobile. Will this be implemented?
