I’ve extended my setup so that the “Last Comment & Summary” field in my list view now displays:
- A short prefix (e.g., (X) for external),
- The commenter’s name,
- The date,
- A 10-words-or-less summary of the latest comment,
- Then a line break,
- Followed by a 50-word-or-less summary of the full task history/context.
The “(X)” prefix enabled me to create a saved advanced search to quickly identify all tasks that have received external replies and are waiting for my follow-up.
