Custom Boards on Projects

I have a use case to create “custom” kanban boards in a project versus boards automatically being generated based on the “sections” in Asana. The user wants to create kanban boards based on various fields on a project task and save these views in the project. The issue we have today is if we add a field to the kanban board, it adds that as a section in the main List. This is not desirable, nor does it resolve the issue.

A competing product provides this functionality in a very elegant user interface allowing the user to create a variety of kanban boards based on any fields on a task to organize various views.
