Creating Sections with CSV Importer

When using the CSV Importer functionality, is there a way to have it create Sections within the Project it is uploading to and have the tasks nest under the appropriate sections?

When I created this dynamic date changing Excel spreadsheet as you can see the standard process of just putting a colon at the end of the task worked fine for me. Let us know if that solves your problem.
