Looking for a way to automate when a task is marked as complete in My tasks, that it automatically moves to a new section called Complete.
I am not seeing a rule set up where task is marked as complete then it moves to a section. I see a default rule that says task type is changed, but I don’t want to change the type.
Is there a way to write a rule so that when a task is marked as complete it moves to a different section?
But a lot of us avoid a “Complete” section and instead create a new tab in My Tasks filtered to only show completed tasks. That’s a little different than what you asked, but maybe an alternative of interest.
@Gavin_Wilson Here’s a video of a simple My Tasks setup that minimizes the use of rules and quickly lets you view your completed tasks (that part is towards the end of the video). The video is less than 7 minutes. Give it a gander
