Create Workflow to be used on Multiple Projects

I want to create a way to have the below document release workflow template accessible to multiple projects

Originate - Review - incorporate comments - Approve - Release

I started with created this as a task template but it is only accessible within that project.

Is the task template the correct way to approach this problem?
How do I make that template useable for all projects within the team?

To clarify I have document Approval as the Task and the subtasks are:
Originate, Review, Incorporate Comments, Approve, Release

You can duplicate the task template.

Just make sure the subtasks option is selected.

Once created, you can then move the task to another project
