Create Asana Form content that's not in question form

How do I add content within an Asana form, that’s not in the form of a question

. I want to add basic instructions prior to adding questions. I was able to do it at the beginning of the form.

Great question. You found the only way of adding other info into the form.
A workaround is to use the description field in the questions to give more info. It’s not ideal but something to try.

Besides the description at the top, as you’ve discovered and @Paul_Grobler mentioned, there’s also a hack (credit to @Christine_Bolton!) wherein you use the multi-select question type but with no options:

@Romain_Duthoit I’m not sure if this will work, but now that projects are able to have more than 1 form maybe your first branch would redirect them to a new form? I sometimes create forms, and use the multi-select title & description to redirect people elsewhere (I do not create any options for them to select). It will look like this when you create it: [image] And then like this for the end user: [image] There will still be a submit button, but it has worked for me in the past.

It’s clear that one can add overall form help at the top of a form using the Form Description. And in every question, there’s a Help Description to provide an explanation of that question. But there’s no question type to drag into your form simply to provide some text without actually asking a question. Why would you need that? Perhaps to designate a new section of a form, to provide instructions for the next set of questions in a form branch, or to use at the end of a branch to direct the us…
