Steps to reproduce: confirmed in 2 workspaces after a refresh.
Browser version: using app for Mac (OS Ventura 13.2.1)

Hi @anon9336889 , what you show is expected behaviour only when there is NO image attached to a task, thus prompting to add a cover image from a list of sources.
I’m trying to understand what is the black box in your screenshot - is that an image that you have blacked out or is it an image that perhaps in a format that Asana does not recognize or has not uploaded correctly?
Can you try uploading a different image instead and see if the problem persists?
