Completed tasks - Best way to manage them

I want to be able to see completed tasks on a specific date for me and my team members. For example, I want to be able to filter what tasks were completed on Friday 30th January.

What is the best way to do this? Is there a work flow I need to set up? We have only just moved to Enterprise so I’m sure there are lots of features I’m not making the most of.

You can accomplish this using advanced search. You’ll want to search for Tasks located in teams (Specific Team) that have a Status of “Completed” with a Completion date (Specific Date).

@jodie.mccormack Another way you can do it is to create a chart with that data (Tasks, Assignees, and Completion filter). Since you have Enterprise, you can create that report at the organization level (on the left navigation: Insights >> Reporting).

You can also create that chart in a Portfolio dashboard as I did in the image below. With the Portfolio chart, you can better manage what projects are included in the report.

Lastly, keep in mind that you only see tasks that are accessible to you. Personal tasks created in My Tasks with no projects will not be included in the data.
