Command-Shift + on Mac

Hi. When I type cmd + shift + + on Mac OS 11.6.5 Big Sur, it creates a new task in Asana 1.7.2 Mac app.

But I need that command for inserting rows and columns in Excel! How do I disable this command key combination in Asana?

Hi,

I don’t think you can customise the keyboard shortcut of the Asana app. But at the same time, I am wondering if this isn’t a broader question, like “on a Mac how can I prevent an app from capturing a keyboard shortcut instead of another app”. You should try exploring this path…

Confirming what @Bastien_Siebman said here, I’m afraid Asana’s shortcuts aren’t customizable. Sorry for the inconvenience here!
