We’ve integrated Clockify + Asana in time tracking. Lately the clockify button is not showing up in every tasks so we have to manually type int he project or task name to track.
Is anybody else having the same problem? How did you guys get to fix it?
This could also be a problem with the new update roll out.
I don’t have direct experience with Clockify, but I have to assume you’re using Clockify’s extension in your browser.
You could try running in incognito mode with no other extensions other than this Clockify extension.
If you still have the problem, report to Clockify to fix (and the likely cause is a change to Asana’s UI; such browser extensions are somewhat fragile; they’re dependent on markup from Asana that’s always subject to change).
If if works alone in incognito mode, it may be an extension conflict, so you’d have to use a process of elimination to find the culprit.
