Hey! I’m trying to update my email address. Our domain for our organization is the same, but several domains work for it. Ex. Our organization is @northpointministries.net, but my email that I set up an account with is @northpoint.org.
I think because of this, it’s not allowing me to respond to tasks by email. Is there a way to update my email address for my account?
You should be able to change your email address within your profile settings. You would need to add a new email address before you delete the other one. Or if both emails are still valid you can have multiple emails associated with your account to push notifications to.
