Changing My Email Address


Hey! I’m trying to update my email address. Our domain for our organization is the same, but several domains work for it. Ex. Our organization is, but my email that I set up an account with is

I think because of this, it’s not allowing me to respond to tasks by email. Is there a way to update my email address for my account?



I’m the main admin for our account, so I also don’t want to mess anything up for my team-members.


Hi Joy,

You should be able to change your email address within your profile settings. You would need to add a new email address before you delete the other one. Or if both emails are still valid you can have multiple emails associated with your account to push notifications to.
