Changes keep on reverting

My changes on setting due date, completing off a task, task description keeps on reverting.

Steps to reproduce: Setting a due date for this task Log in - Asana

Checking off this as complete and updating the task description:

However, some parts of the workflow changes are sticking.

I am just not sure why the previous tasks/links I mentioned are not keeping my changes.
