We have been using the capacity plan for the lest few months and today I’ve noticed none of the detail is showing. Not sure how someone could accidentally delete all this info for every user and project, but I can’t rule that out. There were 20 projects across 5 users with capacity against them across 2 different plans so as far as I can tell, someone would need to ‘delete all’ for each project individually.
Wanted to check if anyone else has lost this info too, maybe there is an issue with this feature?
Or does anyone know of any ways all this info could have been removed in 1 or 2 clicks?
Hi @Richard_Sather , yes I tried toggling those setting and also removing & changing filters etc.
This one is really odd, as it’s a lot for someone to delete by mistake but I’m starting to think they must have done…
Does the capacity plan link to anything else in the system, so if a project or another entity was adjusted in a certain way it could remove the info added to the capacity planner?
The data is now back in the capacity plans so there must have been a bug in the system that has now been fixed. I never got around to opening a support ticket…
