“Up-Skill” is a project, and it is assigned to “Developer 1” if this developer has a task assigned to him from this project during the month? I guess you have a set of rules to build this.
Asana cannot do this (at the moment), I believe only a custom made dashboard can do this… I can help if needed, I have a custom dashboard solution
