Can't use mobile app without latest iOS version

I can’t use the app without having the most up to date IOS on my phone, which has kept me from being able to use it and my phone won’t allow me to get the update so I’m stuck with being unable to use the mobile app at all which is VERY challenging when I’m depending on it on the go.

@Sarah_Baker6 Can you provide the iPhone model and version of iOS you’re using?

I likely had the same issue occurr: I have an iPhone X running ios 16.7 and it cannot support ios18. Asana told me I must update. I wrote in to support immediately and they were like “ios 16 should still be good”. I am so stuck.

This happened Friday, May 1st, midday!

I am on IOS 16 and cannot update and cannot download the new version of Asana
