Any update from Asana. Having the same issue, incredibly frustrating
I am struggling with similar issue. I have been trying to clean up my company’s Asana account to no avail. I own the business, we have had employees come and go, and I cannot remove, consolidate or hide the legacy boards. When I click into the details, it says the project has “No Owner”. I own the freaking account! Why can I not do admin things on my paid account? IT DOESNT HELP THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE ASANA SUPPORT TEAM FOR OVER A YEAR!!! I EVEN BOOKED A NEW SALES CALL TO GET THEIR ATTENTION AND WHEN I BROUGHT UP THE SUPPORT ISSUE SHE GHOSTED ME! ASANA! NOT COOL! PLEASE HELP!!!

For better or worse, Asana’s security is such that Admins can’t see certain objects if the admin user was not invited to them or didn’t create them.
Your best bet is to create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
Support is backed up at the moment so it will likely take a few days. Note the part in the link about not replying to the email thread until after Support replies or your position will drop again in the queue.
