Can't find messages on desktop

I am not sure if this has changed but when I go to my inbox on Desktop I can no longer create a message or see messages I have sent/received. I have seen some feedback on other posts but I don’t have a search option either !! I can’t find messages on mobile app phone but only because AI highlighted it

Hi @Caroline_Bellenger, welcome to the forum!

You can find your messages by using this search. Once you’re there, you can add it to your starred to easily navigate back to in the app or browser.

Update: I’ve included a more current answer than the one @Jeremy_Long linked to (it now accounts for UI updates in the last few years and makes it targeted to what that topic wanted–only messages you received, so just leave out that “not me” for Author):

Have been able to find in search. Would be much better if creating new messages and old messages were in the same place like a normal inbox :woman_shrugging:
