It would be amazing if there was a tab to view all Messages aggregated across my account in one place. Not in the sense of how it is in the inbox, but a list of all messages with the ability to archive any that are no longer relevant. If there is a way to do that and I completely missed it, some guidance would be amazing!
@Dominic_Vario you are able to archive messages. When you hover over any message, you are able to bookmark or click on what looks like the file box. By clicking on the file box, we’ll move it to your Archives tab, which you should have as the default in your inbox.
Please let me know if this is what you were looking for or if you’re trying to do something different.
Thanks, Ron! I do know that you can do that. However, the broader request here is for a tab or view strictly for messages since the filter function in the inbox doesn’t seem to allow me to do that.
@Dominic_Vario okay, I think I understand what you’re asking for. Let me know if this is correct. On the main inbox page, we can set filters and views for what’s currently in the inbox. Those filters only apply to the messages that are active in the inbox, not anything that’s been bookmarked or archived.
What you’re looking for is filters and views for anything that has been archived, or filters and views that you can use to pull things from the inbox and the archived folder. Is this what you’re looking for?
Pretty much… but more like a dedicated page for all Messages. I run a consulting agency with a lot of active projects, so having to click through each project to go to the messages tab in each individual project is tedious. I just want a single page to see all my messages.

This isn’t a definitive answer, but have you tried advanced search?
You can save search results as favorites and use them again later.
Also, you should be able to narrow your search by project.
This gets me what I need! Thank you!
I agree with the Starred Advanced Search Report solution.
There were a couple of references in this topic to the Inbox > Archive tab, and I just want to be clear for other readers’ benefit that notifications in Archive don’t persist; they age off after around a month or so.
