When I want to check messages Iāve received (and especially the ones I didnāt reply to), I often go to Inbox header and realize that I canāt go to the messages from there
In metaphor of email, the āInboxā folder sounds more like messages Iāve received, rather than messages Iāve sent (āSentā folder in email). So Iāve been thinking itās counter intuitive that only āMessages Iāve sentā is in Inbox. Iād like to know the decision behind this design if possible
Is it possible to add āMessages Iāve receivedā to the Inbox header as well?
Or, given that both links are already available in the sidebar, we could go a little differently and combine them to āMessages Iāve exchangedā in the Inbox header.
Recently I stopped using āMessages Iāve sentā from Inbox.
I work around the issue by saving a search āMessages Iāve exchangedā (Collaborators: me, opening āMessagesā tab, Sort: Last modified) to the sidebar.
I no longer need to feel disappointed and switch to the other view.
Itās great that I only need to check only one place to see all messages. Thatās the beauty of Asana, isnāt it?
I hope this is introduced to Inbox (and/or sidebar) as Asanaās official feature.
