can't drag and drop task to another column

Unfortunately, I can’t drag and drop tasks from one column to the next column in the board view of an project on multiple iOS devices. Although it used to work fine for years on all devices, it has stopped working. Unfortunately, I can’t figure out what the reason is.

It does work on PC and few other devices but not on all devices and so far i cant figure out the reason for that and most important - how to fix it! Can someone please help me out on that?!

@Sushininjas - in this case, after checking to make sure your testing was with a strong internet connection and if it still didn’t work, I’d suggest one or both of these options:

1. Review the Critical Bugs part of the forum to see if it is currently a known bug
2. Or, you can contact support directly to get help solving it

2. Click the chat icon at the bottom right
