I just took a look at your account and I’ve located the error you ran into when the attachement failed to attach. From what I’m seeing on my end, it looks like the issue could be directly related to your internet connection. You mentioned you’re not experiencing the issue on mobile, is this true with mobile data? or are you connected to the same network that you use on your computer?
Do you have any chance to test another connection on your computer? Maybe using your mobile data from your computer?
