I’m trying to delete an empty organization, created by mistake, so I can convert the actual one currently a workspace into organization. So I read this post Deleting my Organization , where asana staff says “To delete your Organisation, make sure to remove all members and to delete all teams. Once you’re done, simply reach out to our support team ..”
But it seems reaching out to Asana’s support is not simple at all, it feels more like trying to reach Lt. Onoda back in the 50s.
So i’ve read few more asana articles posts on how to reach support, including Created my account, own the billing, can't access half the features. Customer support doesn't exist? , but even after following those steps I cannot contact customer support.
When I try through the support chatbot, or Get support, which also brings you to a page which opens the chatbot, I get this response “You or your customer account has opted out of using the AI Support chatbot.”. But not me nor anyone else has actually opted out of using the chatbot, nor I can findy anything in the help centre about it… On the contrary I can quite well use it for other questions when inside asana app, but I cannot get it to connect me to support. The account I’m using to do this is super admin and billing admin/owner or whatever its called.
I’ve already lost few hours trying to “reach support”, instead of doing actual meaningful work. So would be grateful if someone can help with these struggles
