I want to delete all info from account

• How to delete all tasks from the account?
• I want to change my Organization name or delete it.
• Also I want delete team "Giedrius’s first team

I want to start working with asana from white page - without any information.

@Giedrius_Ambro - You have a couple options:

DO IT YOURSELF:

1. Delete each team (which will delete all the projects that are exclusively on that team)
2. Then do an advanced search, with no search criteria, and that will surface all publicly available tasks (and your private tasks) that were not part of projects so you can delete them 500 at a time.
3. Then you can go to your Admin console and rename your organization from there.
   NOTE: If you’ve been using your Asana account with other team members, you’ll likely run into some permissions and access issues when trying to delete everything. And remember, tasks that are in completely private projects will not be visible to you, no matter how you search.

OR, ASANA SUPPORT MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO IT FOR YOU:

• You could try contacting Asana Support to see if they can full reset your account for you. They’ll probably require for any/all account admins and the billing admin to provide written consent to the account being completely reset.

To create a support ticket:

1. Please go to help.asana.com
2. Click the chat icon at the bottom right
3. Type “ticket”
4. Click “No, I’d like to make a ticket”
5. Click “Something Else”
6. Click “Create a support ticket.”

Hi @Giedrius_Ambro

In addition to the great tips @Bryan_TeamKickstart gave you, keep in mind that:

• If your organisation changed name, and that is why you want to change it, Asana Support will help you with this.

• If you want to delete your account and Organisation, Asana Support will also help you with this

• If you joined a new organisation, you can exit the old workspace yourself and set up / join the new workspace
  As for deleting a team, head to the team itself, click on arrow next to tean name, click advanced, and the delete option as is the bottom of that window.
