As written above suggests. It simply rejects it.

Steps to reproduce: Tried it with wi-fi and mobile data.

Browser version: Chrome Version 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I believe in this case, Asana suggests you contact the support and attach the given image so they can investigate.
