I want to cancel my free trial. I followed the steps as read in similar topics. But when I click ‘billing’, I can’t change the plan because that field is not clickable.
Can you help me to end the trial as soon as possible?
I think it’s very questionable that it’s so hard to end this trial.

I recommend you to contact our support team as they can have a closer look at your account setup and cancel your trial. Unfortunately I don’t have the tools in the forum to investigate this further!

I would like to cancel this free trial as well AND have my email removed from your site. I have attempted the steps outlined and it is not possible to cancel. This is a software issue, not a user issue. Since there is no way to cancel, no way to email, or call, customer service, this is my public announcement stating I would like to cancel the free trial (signed up about half hour ago) on May 25, 2021 at 0523 PST.
