Canceling free trial

I want to cancel my free trial. I followed the steps as read in similar topics. But when I click ‘billing’, I can’t change the plan because that field is not clickable.
Can you help me to end the trial as soon as possible?

I think it’s very questionable that it’s so hard to end this trial.

I recommend you to contact our support team as they can have a closer look at your account setup and cancel your trial. Unfortunately I don’t have the tools in the forum to investigate this further!
