Canceled the subscription

Accidentally canceled the subscription on the day of payment and it was canceled completely. the money was not returned. usually when you cancel the subscription, it is active until the end of the paid period. what to do? Support service and a living person from asana is unrealistic to find, there are bots and articles everywhere, not people who can help

If you cancelled on the day of payment then I don’t understand what should be refunded. If you want to reactivate your subscription you should be able to do so online.

There was no information even in the cancellation letter. it’s a mistake.
