Can we limit Guest's ability to invite other Guests to a Project?

I’m puzzled by this “Asana Tip” and just want to confirm that it’s true, and whether there is a way to disable it. The documentation here suggests that Organization Guests can invite other Guests, and I don’t think I want them to be able to do that. Am I missing something?

@Tim_Blair_BNPA,

Yes, this is true. But Enterprise accounts can disable; see Guest invite settings.

Thanks for this confirmation. I guess I’m curious how people handle this in the real world. If I add a stakeholder as a Guest, and they decide to add three of their colleagues as guests, even though we’ve clearly defined the members of the project team to be set up in a particular way, what controls do I have as the owner of the Asana account, and project to allow or reject the additional guests that get invited by the original guest. Do I get notified, do I have to approve them? Maybe this isn’t a big deal, but it seems like a strange default configuration for granting access to projects to other people.

In Admin Console > Members (accessible by Admins), you can check this periodically:

I’m not sure if there are notifications to project members too.

Thanks,

Thanks.

Just curious if it’s worthwhile suggesting, or asking, or pleading that Asana allow this level of permission control at the Business level, instead of restricting it to Enterprise. It seems so odd that there’s now a method for Team Administration, but that the ability to control a toggle for how/whether guests and invited members can be approved is not available. It seems like something that should be a basic feature, especially given the monthly cost of Asana. Any suggestions for how best to share that input?
